Prefects
Prefects are elected by submitting a letter to the Head teacher explaining the skills and character traits that would make them an ideal candidate to represent the school.Successful candidates will then support pupils throughout the school to adhere to the core values set by the school.
The role of prefects is to support children within the school in a pastoral context during break and lunchtimes. They work collaboratively with duty staff, Midday assistants and playleaders to ensure happy and succesful break and lunchtime periods.
Head prefects oversee the timetabling of playleaders, organisation of prefects and liaise with the school pastoral worker to ensure children feel supported during break and lunchtimes.
